I pray you know and feel His extravagant love for you deeply.   You are so talented from cooking to art, to knitting, climbing trees, biking, swimming, learning about nature, and caring so well for others. Happy First Birthday Isha

Hello little nut. You turned 1 today. We went to get Ramen & Ice cream in Waldo for your birthday. You are such a bundle of joy every day. You usually wake up between 6-7am and come climbing over me in bed and trying to turn my radio on or I put you on the floor and you get into my drawer and pull everything out.

You love doing anything your sisters do. Playing play-do, swinging, climbing on their small table and sitting right the middle. Sometimes you scratch Afsana when you play with her and she gets mad at you! She says, "Isha scratched me on purpose and I'm never going to play with her again!" But a few minutes later she is ready to run around the house with you.

You are going up and down the stairs now and you love to yell when you get to the top and have me come up and get you. But when I get to the top you start crawling as fast as you can to get away from me. You love food, especially pancakes and yogurt. You like to feed yourself and then when you are done you throw everything on the floor or feed it to Raja.

I love your big smile and how all your teeth show when you smile. It's fun to push you on the swing too and see you laugh and have so much fun. You are a great blessing to our family and I love you so much.

Happy 1st birthday Isha!

Dearest sweet Isha,

Happy birthday!  Today is the first day of spring and it was 87 degrees in KC!  We celebrated 2 days ago with family and friends.  Papa came and catered Indian food, bought you balloons, and I got you the traditional Andre's cake.  It was a super fun celebration!  You enjoyed samosa, paneer, lamb, dal and rice.  You loved your cake!  You have been taking steps for 1 month but last few days you have been taking around 20 steps!

Today we celebrated with Betty Rae's ice cream and you obviously loved it.

You are a very happy and smiley girl.  You love coloring, pushing the stroller, and swinging.  You eat and sleep well.  You have like 6-7 teeth.  You are physically very strong!  You climb and grab everything.  You love to climb onto the middle of Didi's table and sit there.  You also like playing with baby dolls and legos.  You like swinging even on the tire swing.

You say dada, mama, hi, bye, raja, and done.  Ruby Mausi says you say much more but because of your Didiya I don't hear those words.

You like a good adrenaline rush and are a dare devil.

You give great cuddles and kisses.

We are all obsessed with you and you are adorable!  Your eyes have a special spark and with that dimple you are hard to resist!

I pray a lifetime of blessings on you.  A hedge of protection over your heart, soul, and body.  And that you may really know and love your God and Redeemer.

Happy 3rd Birthday Kiran

Well Dr. McStuffins you had a great 3rd birthday party. It was so fun to see you dressed in your outfit the whole day and wearing your cute little headband. You are such a blessing to our family Kiran. I love how you are always wanting to help out around the house and willing to serve your Didi by getting her towel for a shower or bringing her something she needs. You also love to play catch with me. You will bring me my football and say, "Let's play catch daddy". You also have been very instant lately about having me see whatever you are talking about with me. You were showing me something the other day and said, "Look at this daddy, no look at me with your eyes!" It is pretty fun to see your vocabulary expand and your expressions with your eyes, hands, and face as you talk.

You are doing great on your bike too and I think you'll be ready for a pedal bike by next summer. You are also ready for school but you have told me several times you do not want any boys in your school! You are growing up so quickly Kiran and I know in a few years you being a 3 year old will seem so long ago. You get mad at Afsana when she calls you Kiran. You want her to call you Kiran Didi even though you are only a Didi to Isha. You get mad and yell at me when I try to read your books in Spanish. You say, "No daddy, read the book in our language. Read it in english."

You enjoyed going to my softball games this past summer and loved going to Sonic after the games. You still say, "SONIC" every time we pass by one and then ask when I'm playing for the Royals again. When we went to the Royals game last summer you kept asking why I wasn't on the field playing with the Royals. You couldn't understand why I would play softball for the "Royals", what you called our team and then not play for the Kansas City Royals.

I can't wait to see you start ski school in a few weeks.

It is great to hear you pray too and memorize scripture. That is my greatest prayer and goal for you and your sisters. That you all will love Jesus and show His love to those around you. You are an amazing sister to Afsana Didi and to Isha. You are an amazing daughter for your mom and me. I love you a ton Kiran. You certainly have kept to the meaning of your name. Kiran, ray of sunlight. You bring light into any room or life that you enter! Love Daddy.

So proud of you.  You are so articulate and express yourself very well.  You are quiet and observant, even a little reserved.  Stealth.  But when you speak we all know you understand beyond your years.
You are beautiful and have a beautiful, kind, considerate, and joyful heart.

You love your sleep, slow mornings, rolling around in your bed, Daniel tiger, dr mcstuffins, your Didi, isha, your baby dolls (still), kichidi, raja, and sweets!

This year we went to see aha Nani in Houston and she gave you a beautiful hair cut....you love her a lot.

You love pushing the cart st whole Dodd, swimming, traveling on the airplane.

This year we had a dr mcstuffins bday party with Ginny, Casey, Ellie, and Charlie.  April came in the afternoon.  On your birthday, Grandma, zachy, and Coco came to see you.

You are excited to go skiing next month.  You love sports, throwing the football, watching sports with your daddy, and are excited about starting ballet next week.

You also love singing...you have your hymn and Didi's hymn memorized!
